If /opt is your tftp root directory, you should just have 

	/opt/boot/
	/opt/mfsroot.gz

>From the boot loader point of view, the content of the tftp directory
should be / .
Verify if your tftp server is configured to do a chroot before serving
files (I believe it is the -s option).
